prepare to shell out 40-60,000 a semester for the first two years of nursing and
80,000 a semester for the last two years. Oh, and taking classes and related learning experience(clinicals) during summers is compulsory and it costs around 20,000 for a summer semester.

What are your requirements for foreign student (Filipino – US born). Do you have housing facilities, preferred housing or new community in the area and the current tuition fees per semester (College of Medicine). -Thanks

tuition fee per semester do not differ much from first year to junior internship (fourth Year), i am currently on my third year and our estimated fee for the coming semester is 102, 748.50. pesos. Our tuition when i was a freshman, was one or two thousand less than we are currently paying for in third year.

for foreign students, i heard you have to pay an extra amount… i do no know how the additional expenses are broken down. i would be better if you consult with the admissions office, they could give better explanation regarding this.

there are actually a lot of dormitories within the area you can stay in, if ever you do decide on taking up medicine in HSI. there is a student’s village a very short walking distance from the campus. you wouldn’t get alienated there, majority of foreign students have there dormitories outside the campus. if you prefer to have that sense of living within the campus and opt to have a quieter environment, assured of a very strict security protocol, you may want to stay in the in-house dormitory. there aren’t a lot of nuisance you have to worry a bout, and if you’re the typical obsessive-compulsive Med student who doesnt want to get bothered while studying then this is the place to be. they also have heated water, and housekeeping service.. plus if you’re the type, like me, who isn’t easily arousable in the morning by alarm clocks, especially during the exams, you can have the guard wake you up. haha the only problem there is the space, you can actually get a much bigger room, like three or four times that you get inside the campus, at the student’s village near campus at near or half the same price.

        Hi,

My son is an incoming 1st year med student this school year 2012-2013 and i am interested looking for a nearby safe housing/dormitory for him to stay there. Can you give a list of housing/dormitories with in the campus so i can inquire earlier. I already called the accredited dormitory of the school but told me that it is already full for next year and we will be on the waiting list. Thank you for your immediate reply on this matter.
