The hill was claimed to be a magnetic area. To experience this phenomenon, you just have to put your engine’s vehicle in neutral, and then let the hill pull you up. It sounds like there’s a mysterious phenomenon happening on that specific spot.
Some people like to claim that this is an effect due to magnetic or gravitational anomalies or a paranormal phenomenon that science cannot explain. But science accounts this as optical illusions. According to them, this is just a common illusion that is found in numerous locations around the world. Usually, it is just a stretch of a road in a hilly area where the level horizon is obscured. This creates an optical illusion making a slight downhill look like an uphill slope.
As a result, objects may appear to roll uphill.
But as we often say, to see is to believe. If you want to prove if this is for real or just an optical illusion, then go to Ternate, Cavite and experience this certain “magnetic effect” on that particular hill. Let that hill pull your car back instead of accelerating down the road.
