Gaetano Ciranni, RCJ and his General Councilor’s and the first phase was built under the supervision of Fr. Salvatore Ciranni, RCJ. Its cornerstone was blessed on March 2, 1985 by the late Bishop of Imus, Cavite, His Excellency Felix Perez, in the presence of a handful of civic, religious and government representatives who wished the Rogationist Fathers success in their work of charity.
